About Me
 
My Philosophy
 
I believe in the essential goodness of the human being and aim to provide the environment for growth, awareness and self development. 
 
I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) as well as a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
 
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) This means I am fully qualified to BACP's exacting standards and I have extensive experience working with clients over a number of years. 
 
I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) who are a member organisation of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP), as well as a member of the International Association for Transactional Analysis. 
 
I am also a member of British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).   
 
I have additional qualifications in hypnotherapy, play therapy, life coaching and substance misuse as well as specialist training in infertility, self harm, therapeutic work with children, domestic violence and mental health. I will complete an MSc in Psychotherapy in 2013.
 
I provide a gay affirmative practice and welcome lesbian, gay and bisexual clients.  I also welcome transgendered clients providing support and assessment where required.
